Faisal

I had the pleasure of working with Faisal for less than two months. He came from Kuwait to prepare for his wedding. The problem was that he couldn’t cook here on the spot, so he ate all the meals in the city. That is why we acted very unconventionally from a dietary point of view. However, he was persistent and trained hard, listening to my dietary advice and tips.

Kasia

Kasia! One of the proofs that training and transformation of our body is not always calories, repetitions and rigour. During the training with this person collapsed all the concepts and what I’ve learned so far during the „classic” trainings.

This is my most persistent and faithful client, I have had the pleasure of working for almost 5 years! It can be said that we already know each other very well and we know how to convince the other side
to be right. This transformation is at the same time the most comprehensive and holistic transformation in which I had the pleasure to participate. Apart from the  silhouette, which has undoubtedly changed a lot, around 6-8 kg body weight reduction, the change of body proportions, muscle development and the reduction of body fat. In addition, it is necessary to mention the  change in agilities (which can be seen in the attached photographs). The most important of them, however, is a mental change. Associated with a change in approach to training, to life, to everyday problems and breaking down barriers and sometimes forcing oneself to things that she would never dare to do before.

Ewa

Another very motivated and hard working person! With Ewa we met twice a week for strength training, while the rest of the work was done by herself. Of course, there wasn’t without a dietary conduct. But she kept to the plan, although there were some hard moments, the effect is pretty solid and probably doesn’t require much comment 🙂
The above pictures are the results of 2  months of work. The first two photos from the left is the holiday season 2015, while the last photo shows the current situation.
Loss of kilos is only 5 kg, but the silhouette has definitely gained in quality and proportions.

Agnieszka

Mother of two kids and the effect of our half-year cooperation. Agnieszka came to me at the end of November in order to improve her figure and „movement”. She also wanted to improve her belly as well, which was her problem after two pregnancies. Currently, a healthy lifestyle has become her passion and she devotes every free moment to independent learning about training and nutrition. It is a living proof of how much can be achieved if you put your heart into it 🙂 It is also another example that weight is only numbers on the machine. This is not Photoshop! The photo on the left is holiday 2015, the photo on the right is the current form of 2016.

Marcin

I was cooperating with Marcin for 7 months. In addition to the increase in strength, mobility and endurance, we have made a huge silhouette progress!


Again, the difference in weight between the first and second photo is only about 3-4 kg. On the other hand, we gained a lot of muscle mass with a significant decrease in body fat.

Kasia

Another young mother proves that everything is possible if you consistently doing your plan. We were working together for six months. The rest of time Kasia was doing her training only with my tips. Whole transformation took around 10 months but Kasia was very consistent and didn’t miss any training. We didn’t count calories, at first, but afterwards we decided to make some limits.


I hope that physical activity is very important for Kasia right now and I’m finishing this transformation with peace of mind.


Girls power!

Kuba

We started working together about a year and a half ago and I must admit that it was not a piece of cake. On the one hand, we had to deal with the basics, such as silhouette issues, adjusting the menu and  programming the training. On the other hand, we devoted a lot of effort to work on posture defects, asymmetries, reprogramming the mechanics of the gait and standing position. We have made enormous progress. From improving body shape, posture, changing  nutritional approach and eliminating bad habits, to radical mental change and approach to many issues of everyday life.

Of course, the work is not finished yet. We are still working, trying to create an even better version of Kuba.

Eryk

I have had the pleasure of working with Eryk for only a month. His goal was to learn how to perform basic strength training correctly. The second goal, basically the most  important one, was to deal with quite visible lateral curvature of the spine in the  thoracic-lumbar section. Scoliosis was connected with rotation of the vertebra in the thoracic section, and as a result with quite a lot of asymmetry in the musculoskeletal system.

At that moment Eryk had to stop training, but that’s what we managed to achieve in 8 training sessions. Yes, eight.

I’m working with:

Beginners in the world of sport or someone who returns after a long break. If you’ve never been to a
gym, you don’t know how to do it properly or your last contact with physical activity were sport classes in
primary school.

Professional athletes. I don’t train with bodybuilders or physique competitors. If you do some team or
individual sport and you want to increase your performance and results, I will help you build an overall
strength and agility.

People with postural or locomotor problems. I am not a physiotherapist. But I am a qualified posture
correction specialist and my experience and professional practice are helpful in effectively combat pain in
knees, shoulders, spine, etc. I am also a specialist in posture correction. In the situation with very
complex and advanced problem, I will be happy to refer you to an appropriate professional
physiotherapist.

People who simply want to get rid of a few pounds. Regardless of your training experience, age,
gender or interests. I’m making classic reduction diets and preparing diet plans, organing the menu and
introducing healthy habits. If you encounter more complex health and hormonal problems, I work with a
clinical nutritionist, who will be happy to help you to fight with all the problems.
