I’m a personal trainer and healthy lifestyle promotor. I’m upgrading my knowledge and skills constantly to approach each of my clients comprehensively and with commitment since 2012.

For over 3 years I have been working for my own business to create high-quality brand by combining my name with pure professionalism. I have worked with nearly a hundred people, between the ages – 15 to 65, dropping tens of kilos with them, repearing and improving their’s body image.

End of the overpraising! I’m not a classic personal trainer. I don’t take part in physique competitions and I don’t use a bronzer to lubricate myself. My meals are not listed per gram and you will not see my sixpack in the photo gallery. I will not sell you empty phrases like : “no pain no gain”, nor – push you into motivational wisdom.

I’m here to help you to find your own way to a happy and healthy life.

If you take advantage of my help to find you a suitable physical activity, you couldn’t wait to start our every next training. Meals will be tasty, varied and uncomplicated. The new way of life must be a pleasure for you but, above all, it must be subordinate to each of us individually. Each person is a completely separate adventure.

or others, who started from the same position as you. Someone who is enjoying a great physique and excellent performace now. I believe in a consistent work and a gradual changes, which bring us closer to your goal. You can’t drive yourself to bad condition within a month, for all the world you will not be able to go back to everything in  one month. Only in this way the effects will be consistent with the assumptions and learning of healthy habits will make the “new me” stay with us for a long time.
